TOC2025 Call for Proposals

1. Session Information

2. Session Description

Conference attendees rely on the session’s description when choosing their schedule. Be descriptive and write with the attendee in mind, such as using sentences starting with phrases like "You will..." and highlighting the importance or advantage of attending your session, the WIIFM. Include as much specific detail as you can regarding the strategies, approaches, concepts, tools, and/or technologies you plan to cover as well as activities the attendees will engage. This information provides a better understanding and vision of your full length session. We ask that you refrain from including your presenter(s), company, or agency name in your responses.

5. Speaker and Presentation Policies

The proposal you are about to submit is for the TOC 2024 Annual Institute, to be held April 28 through April 30, 2025 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. All proposals are subject to The Training Officers Consortium’s speaker and presentation policies, and your submission of this proposal assumes agreement with those policies.

The proposal you are about to submit is for the TOC 2025 National Gathering of Learning & Development Professionals, to be held April 27 through April 30, 2025 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. All proposals are subject to the Training Officers Consortium’s speaker and presentation policies, and your submission of this proposal assumes agreement with those policies.
