Annually for the past 66 years, The Training Officers Consortium (TOC), has bestowed TOC Distinguished Service Awards to stimulate improved government-sponsored training programs through recognition of individuals making significant contributions to the Federal training community in training, education, and career development.

Since the mid 90’s, TOC has funded scholarships for two incoming freshmen to the University of the District of Columbia (UDC). Our annual TOC Scholarship Program is the vehicle through which we donate funds to the UDC Foundation (a non-profit organization), who in turn awards the scholarships to the students.
