Discover: Meet Their Needs: Ensuring Your Training Program is Fit-for-Purpose

April 9 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

Training programs serve the critical role of enabling successful performance of people and teams, to provide critical services. The wide range of services offered to the varied types of people being served, means that the training programs themselves cannot be one-size-fits-all. Varying levels of complexity, budgets, personnel and resources available requires Learning Professionals to make adjustments in order to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Often charged with moving mountains, making these adjustments can feel like added height and weight. To the contrary, it can feel like a reduction in burden and increase in agility when the dials of these components are properly tuned. Join us for an engaging discussion, bring your challenges to dig into, where we will spend time with a Maturity Model for training programs. You will consider your current state of maturity, the resulting outcomes of that maturity, and consider a plan for tuning your dials.
