In today’s learning community, we all need a coach to help us unlock our potential to be the best we can be. We need a coach to help us to learn rather than teach us how to learn. Founder of “Coaches Corner,” Berri A. Wells, MS, CPC, will explain just how to do that.
Berri is a master trainer, certified professional coach and facilitator who helps her clients and participants to reframe and refresh worn out attitudes toward situations, supervisors, subordinates, spouses and significant others. She believes and promotes continuing education, and in 2014 completed the requirements to become a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). To assist job changers, in 2016 she launched, “Coaches Corner” the premiere career and match making conference for professionals age 45+.  This free event is a unique collaboration between Higher Ed, small business and Corporate America. Within its first year, Coaches Corner welcomed over 300 job changers who learned how to market themselves, fight ageism and “network like crazy!”
Starting this program year off by focusing on our theme “Learning from our past. Leading into your future,” participants who attend this Professional Development Program will learn from Berri how to demonstrate all of the appointed ECQs of leading change, leading people, results driven, business acumen, and building coalitions. Join us for this month’s Professional Development Program and hear what coaching can do for you.
