TOC Let’s Talk: A Community Conversation on What Matters Most as Federal L&D Leaders

June 25 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

It’s your chance to connect with fellow practitioners, discuss burning issues that keep you up at night, and dive deep into pressing L&D topics.  This 90 minute interactive session will be held on Zoom and is divided into two rounds of facilitated breakout room discussions. Each 20 minute round will offer three distinct L&D themes to choose from, ensuring you get the most out of the event.

  1. The rapidly changing workplace: The skills needed to be successful in today’s workplace are constantly evolving.  How might we develop and deliver learning programs that can keep up with this pace of change?
  2. The need to measure the impact of learning: It’s no longer enough to simply deliver training. How might we demonstrate the impact that our learning programs are having on the bottom line?
  3. The need to personalize learning: One-size-fits-all learning doesn’t work anymore. How might we personalize learning experiences for each individual employee?

Here’s what awaits you:

* Meaningful connections: Build a strong network with fellow L&D professionals as you share your experiences and insights.

* Knowledge sharing: Engage in stimulating discussions on the most relevant L&D topics.

* Actionable takeaways: Walk away with fresh ideas, best practices, and valuable lessons learned from your peers.

This member-centric approach is what sets TOC apart. We foster a collaborative environment for knowledge exchange and professional growth.  Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to learn, connect, and contribute to our vibrant L&D community!
