Whether you are a Star Wars fan or not—we all would benefit from having a mentor like Yoda. Yoda encouraged and supported, but pushed the young Jedi to be all they could be. He told them — “There is no try—there is only do.” This webinar emphasizes the value of having a mentor, as well as being one. We will talk about how one can find a mentor (it is easier than you think!), in addition to talking about the rewards of being a mentor.
In this session you will learn….
- Why you should be a mentor/mentee
- Get guidance on how those relationships can be effectively established
- Get answers to your questions about the mentoring process
