Do you have experience and expertise that could benefit your colleagues? Rebranded as the National Gathering of Learning & Development Professionals, TOC25 launches the annual call for proposals. This year’s event, TOC25, takes place at the Double Tree by Hilton, Center City Philadelphia, Pennsylvania April 27 – April 30, 2025. We are seeking interactive and engaging 55-minute sessions that continue to develop our L&D professionals across the federal government.

If you believe you have an engaging and interactive session to share with the TOC community, please complete this form to submit your proposal by November 4, 2024.

Notifications to selectees and non-selectees will occur by January 6, 2025.

Each concurrent session is 60 minutes in length which includes up to 3 minutes at the
start and end of your session for administrative purposes. Additionally, you are limited to submitting no more than 2 proposals.

The theme of TOC25 is “Pathway to Tomorrow," with tracks in the following areas:

• Talent Development (Employee  Development)
• Optimizing Learning & Development Roles (Developing L&D Professionals)
• Learning Technologies & Innovation
• Learning Measurement & Analytics

All proposals are subject to The TOC’s speaker and presentation policies, and your submission of this proposal assumes agreement with those policies.
