Diversity training in the workplace has evolved over the years. Early training programs whose objectives once focused solely on understanding race relations, equal opportunity and affirmative action, later expanded to include the concepts of diversity, inclusion and most recently equity.

In this webinar session, the Powell Consulting Group will discuss the evolution of diversity training and what it means today for different individuals and groups to feel a sense of belonging. They will discuss the impact that socialization plays on human development and how much of our personal worldview, our approach to relationships, interpersonal transactions and decision-making is embedded in our subconscious mind without us being aware.
