The Training Officers Consortium (TOC) Executive Board is excited to announce its 2017 Professional Development Program (PDP). Registration is now open, click on the Join button.

The PDP includes: 10 monthly programs, an e-newsletter highlighting best practices, an engaging and interactive 3-day Institute with over 50 sessions that includes lodging/meals and an exhibitor showcase featuring the latest learning and development products. The 2017 Institute will take place in Hershey, PA from April 30 to May 3, 2017 with the theme,  “Talent Development – How Sweet It Is!,” focusing on such topics as succession planning, using social media for learning, and employee engagement.  Remember, your registration is transferable to anyone in your office.
